Bishop Ward PE department mission is to educate minds, develop healthy bodies, and promote positive attitudes towards lifetime physical activity, fitness, and sports skills.

Goals: 

• Students will learn introductory skills on how a weight room works.

• Students will increase their maxes as the semester progresses.

• Students will learn about goal setting and achieving the goal they set.
