We believe that tuition payments are an investment in your child's education and religious formation. However, we want to make sure that tuition affordable for you and your family. Bishop Ward High School offers a variety of tuition assistance, including opportunities for financial aid, based on your income and other factors.

How Do I Qualify for Financial Assistance?
Financial Assistance is based on, but not limited to, the following:

• Family Income

• Number of children in the family

• Other children attending Catholic school

• One or more additional tuition payments (Catholic school tuition, university tuition, etc.)

• Other factors specific to your family's situation

What Do I Need to Do?

Bishop Ward High School uses F.A.C.T.S., an online system for processing financial aid. This system allows our parents and business office to process financial aid applications in an efficient way. There is a $55 fee to set up your account.

Enrollment Process
Step 1:
Complete and submit the Bishop Ward Financial Agreement and your $125 enrollment fee (after March 4, 2024, the fee increases to $175)
