Giving a gift to Bishop Ward’s Endowment Fund will provide income to the school for years to come. This is a wonderful way to leave a lasting legacy (creating a named endowment fund) or honor someone by contributing to their named fund.

Here's how it works:
The endowment fund is a permanent Trust separate from Bishop Ward's day-to-day operating fund. The Trust is invested, and the corpus remains untouched. Only the interest is used for the school's operating budget. The fund offers protection from uncertainties of the economy and the reliance upon the annual fund while generating approximately a 4-5% yield annually. The endowment's growth is consistent with Bishop Ward's long-term sustainability plan.
