Our students enjoyed an amazing, homemade 🦃Thanksgiving🦃 lunch today! Cafe Director, Mrs. Sheri (Trehey) Seeman '87, along with Mary Beth (Uniak) McCarty '78 and Gina Godinez served up all of the Thanksgiving classics: turkey, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, stuffing, and pumpkin pie. The ladies take great care of the students and staff and today is always a special day at Bishop Ward! Hopefully everyone will stay awake for afternoon classes after that delicious meal!

KSHB 41 visited Bishop Ward yesterday to see the halls where Ed Dwight '51 walked before he became one of the first black astronaut candidates in the 1960s and see his dream fulfilled of reaching space at the age of 90. As of Sunday, Ed is the oldest person to reach space after all these years of waiting!
Having a figure like Ed Dwight for our students to look towards as they face their own challenges and chase their own dreams is something we at Bishop Ward don't take for granted.
