Financial Aid at Bishop Ward High School
We believe that tuition payments are an investment in your child's education and religious formation. However, we want to make sure that tuition is affordable for you and your family.
Therefore, Bishop Ward High School offers a variety of tuition assistance, including opportunities for financial aid that are based on your income and other factors.
How Do I Qualify for Financial Aid?
Financial Aid is based on, but not limited to, the following:
-Number of children in the family
-Other children attending Catholic school
-One or more additional tuition payments (Catholic school tuition, university tuition, etc.)
-Other factors specific to your family's situation
What Do I Need to Do?
For the 2019-2020 School Year, Bishop Ward High School will move to F.A.C.T.S., an online system for processing financial aid.This system will allow our parents and business office better ease with processing in a more efficient way. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience as we move to F.A.C.T.S.
Here’s what you need to do to enroll your student:
1. Complete the Bishop Ward Financial Agreement.
There is a $100 enrollment fee (after March 1, 2019, the fee increases to $150)
You can mail to: BWHS c/o Academic Center, 708 North 18th Street
You can stop by Bishop Ward and turn in to the Business Office.
2. Complete the online application for Financial Aid at FACTSmgt.com/grant-and-aid
This process will identify what you qualify for.
You must attach supporting documents when completing the form.
DUE DATE: March 1, 2019
*there is a $45 fee to set up your account that you will be billed for.
3. Complete the Enrollment Agreement.
