"I'm excited about the opportunity to help Bishop Ward student athletes," says Ms. Martin. "By bringing daily health care prevention and injury treatment to the Cyclone athletic program, we're making the tradition of great student athletes at Bishop Ward even stronger.”
Martin comes to Bishop Ward as the result of a partnership with SAFEKC – a local nonprofit sports medicine and athletic training services organization. Founded in Wyandotte County in 2007, SAFEKC serves high schools and CYO programs throughout the region.
“SAFE-KC is excited to support Bishop Ward’s commitment to the health and safety of its students and athletes, which reflects the rich tradition of Faith-based learning and the legacy of Bishop Ward athletics.” Libby Knox, SAF-KC Executive Director.
